Helping Your Young Person Take Their First Steps Into Work
- Finding work for the first time can be overwhelming — not just for young people, but for parents too; Job-Coachings offers practical, structured support to help parents and guardians find work for their 16-25 year old
- You may use my services on your child’s behalf – I’ll just need confirmation of their awareness that you are aiding in their search for work – job searches and application content will still be tailored to them
The full Journey in 3 simple steps
Step One : Contact Form
- Fill in & submit a parent or guardian contact form
- You choose your preferred contact method – email or phone call
- I will be in touch within 24-48 working hours
- Click the button below to be taken directly to the contact form

Step Two : Introduction
- This is our icebreaker
- We’ll have a 30-40 minute chat via a phone call
- or you can speak to me through emails if preferred
I will use this as an opportunity to gain an understanding of: - What kind of work your 16-25 year old is looking for
- Their experience with applying for work
- Potential job history (please note this is not a requirement)
- Their Hobbies and interests (These strengthen applications)
- Your experience in helping them so far
- Anything else you might want me to know

Step Three : Onboarding
- After our conversation, I will offer the opportunity to onboard
- Once onboarded I will begin looking for work immediately and will communicate search results and positions on a daily basis
- Once suitable positions have been located and confirmed, I shall begin writing content for those positons
- Any content is then simply pasted over to the application(s) and briefly reviewed to ensure it is accurate and reflective
- A fast response from an employer is likely, once received I will help in preparations for interview
- Service only ceases once interview is passed and work is secured. I will support and guide both you and the young person through the entire process

For peace of mind

Safeguarding and 16-17s
- For young people aged 16–17, I require explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian before any consultations or services begin, this is for ethical and safeguarding reasons
- 18-25s may get in contact and use my services without consent. However, parents are more than welcome to get in touch with inquiries
